Plant Manager Bill Eckstein
Thursday, August 24th, 2006One suggestion solicited by the plant’s manager Bill Eckstein is that neighbors should call him and alert him of smell, time of day etc. I was told that he wants to hear from us and do what he can to keep the smell contained. And that he leaves the plant at 3:00 pm each day.
